"I had the most fabulous Glow facial and Indie head massage with Andrea yesterday. I left there feeling so relaxed and well taken care of. Andrea has a way of being professional, but she also makes you feel like you are the most important part of her day. The atmosphere is beautiful and positive. Phoenix also helped me with an upcoming appt with nail care advice and booking They were knowledgeable, and so kind, while letting me try one of the products. Lotus and Lavender is my favourite spa to have any treatment. I have been many times over the years, and will continue to support this business. Thanks ladies!

" First of all, I must state I was very hesitate to have my eyebrows micro bladed. I thought about it for months. Was super hesitant, worried about the outlook etc. I thought who would I trust and bingo Andrea came to mind. As soon as I arrived she reassured me. Explained in detail the procedure, what to expect after etc. Even during the procedure she was reassuring me. I must say when it was done, I was truly so happy. Eyebrows were not too big and the colour was perfect. It is just one day later, and I just have a bit of redness. So happy I chose to get my eyebrows done by Andrea. Definitely recommend her. Couldn't be happier."

"I had a wonderful custom facial with Phoenix yesterday and booked the additional service of TMJ and Sinus Relief Gua Sha and Gemstone Massage. Oh my goodness, what a heavenly treatment! I felt so relaxed and such relief in my sinuses and head after Phoenix's lovely massage. Phoenix was an absolute pleasure to talk to, and she provided such a relaxing, caring environment for my treatment. And her massage techniques are fantastic! "Sophie was wonderful. I was able to get in on a Saturday for her last appointment. I booked the Lavender Princess massage and facial with an Indie head massage that I had put off for too long! I usually see Andrea, but clearly she has added the best staff. Sophie was professional and I haven't felt that relaxed in a long time. Sophie also recommended a couple of products after the appt and the hydrogel mask during the appt that felt amazing. I will be coming back for the products soon! I highly recommend Sophie."
